本研究的目標在探究車用AI的發展如何驅動產業轉型,以及其應用發展趨勢如何結合交通與車輛產業政策,帶動台灣IC設計與AI晶片相關產業發展。研究以文獻分析與案例研究為主,分析產業趨勢及車用邊緣AI對智慧交通與自駕技術的影響。研究結果顯示,車輛AI應用已成為國際重要趨勢,帶動車用邊緣AI與晶片的開發需求。對應我國AI與晶片產業結構和政策目標,車用AI晶片可作為晶創臺灣方案的重要目標。建議未來宜強化IC設計與應用端的聯繫,聚焦車用AI晶片,強化國內車用AI產業技術生態系,並建立智慧車輛應用場域,提升相關技術服務能力。
This study aims to explore how the development of automotive AI drives industrial transformation and how its application trends align with transportation and vehicle industry policies to promote the growth of Taiwan's IC design and AI chip industries. Using literature analysis and case studies, the research examines industry trends and the impact of automotive edge AI on smart transportation and autonomous driving technologies. The findings indicate that automotive AI applications have become a major global trend, driving demand for automotive edge AI and chip development. Given Taiwan's AI and semiconductor industry structure and policy objectives, automotive AI chips can serve as a key focus within the "Chip Taiwan Initiative." It is recommended that Taiwan strengthen collaboration between IC design and application sectors, focus on automotive AI chip development, enhance the domestic automotive AI technology ecosystem, and establish smart vehicle application environments to improve technical capabilities and service innovation.
