摘要：
面對全球經貿局勢的快速變動，各國對於自由貿易協定（FTA）的涵蓋內容也更為重視，帶動全球既有FTA更新談判之浪潮。對以貿易立國的臺灣而言，除掌握全球經濟整合發展趨勢、積極爭取加入跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定（CPTPP）外，亦可推動臺紐經濟合作協定（ANZTEC）及臺星經濟夥伴協定（ASTEP）再升級談判，如此不僅可增加FTA生效效益，也有助於爭取紐星對臺灣加入CPTPP之支持，加速臺灣經濟整合布局。
